 Florida Tech is mourning the loss of former Panther golfer David “Byron” Thompson, who passed away early Saturday morning, August 7, in a car accident in Pensacola near his hometown of Pace, Fla. Thompson graduated this year with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics education and was scheduled to start teaching high school math at Pine Forest High School in Pensacola next week....[full story]
