August 1 - Declaration of Playing Season Form for fall sports (championship segment) due to conference office
September 1 - Declaration of Playing Season Form for spring sports (non-championship segment) and basketball due to conference office
December 1 - Declaration of Playing Season Form for spring sports (championship segment) due to conference office
February 1 - Declaration of Playing Season Form for fall sports (non-championship segment) due to conference office
June 30 - Final 2024-25 NCAA Financial Aid Form due to the conference office
July 1 - Participation records due to conference office
August 1 - NLI Signing Period Ends
Ongoing - Eligibility Checklists and supplemental paperwork due prior to first date of outside competition

Helpful Tips

The NCAA Division II Manual, which contains all governing bylaws for the Division, can be viewed on the NCAA website.
Championship Handbooks for all NCAA sports are also available on the NCAA website, ncaa.org. Choose the "Sports & Championships" link at the top of the home page and navigate to the sport that you are investigating. Each sports' page contains a link that says "Championship Handbooks," which are displayed in PDF format.
